Studio space (10): 252,000 square feet
Studio office space: 230,000 square feet
Administrative Office & Dining Hall space: 35,000 square feet
Mill space: 100,000 square feet
Mixed Use: 112,000 square feet
The project includes more than 1 million square feet of film-production space, studio offices, a four-acre park, administration offices, and a dining hall.
The studios are state-of-the-art, soundproofed facilities with column-free space using long-span truss to provide room for 18,000sf stages. Each studio has an office to accommodate a production team. Mill structures provide space for construction stages, props, etc. for use in filming.
Onsite vendor spaces will provide specialty paint facilities, 3D printing, and custom metal fabrications.
The project also has a four-acre park that hosts a pond with water features, a walking path, lawn areas, and a stage for concerts and public activities.
The backdrop of the park is the 140’ tall tower that (pictured above) will be the iconic landmark to identify Assembly Yards from miles around. This tower will have a 16' wide LED digital display spanning the height of the tower.
