Building 1 Project is a Class A Warehouse space consisting of 537,000 SF. The building includes a 35' interior clear height, 34 truck docks and the ability to double that count with knock out panels.

Building 1 is the first of two structures originally planned for the 64 acre site. Building 2 (428,000sf) is expected to start Summer 2023.

DELIVERY STATION

SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY

This Delivery Station is located in Shepherdsville, KY just south of Louisville. The project included the interior retrofit of an existing 302,000 sf building and addition of a 450+ van parking lot on an undeveloped adjacent lot. Bailey Construction was involved from inception of the initial budget to expediting permitting and finally turn-over in summer of 2021.

DELIVERY STATION

AMSTERDAM, NY

This project was a complete redesign of an existing warehouse and gravel yard into a delivery station. The construction of this 50,000+sf facility included a large amount of structural demolition that left only one EMU wall and the steel skeleton. We built back a fully enclosed, drive-through warehouse that included a 2,000+sf office space (2 floors).  This delivery station included all new utilities, earthwork, curbs, paving, retaining walls, and NY State Highway egress. All work was scheduled to be completed within a 14-week timeline that allowed our client to move deliveries as soon as possible.

Delta Plastics

LITTLE ROCK, AR

Delta Plastics manufactures and supplies irrigation polytube for the agricultural industry. They are leaders in their industry and are at the forefront of recycling polytube and other plastics. 

This plant manufactures irrigation pipes, trash bags, and various other plastic products. Bailey Construction added the production line for Revolution bags, a trash bag that is manufactured from plastic products. There was also a second level inside their existing warehouse that increased their office space and a renovation to their existing office area.
