Mark has extensive experience with predevelopment, project contracting, and price solicitation. He spent six years at a private development firm in a management role. He has a proven track record of maintaining open communication with owners and their representatives, as well as designers and vendors. Mark will manage projects to stay on budget and on schedule.

As Vice President, Blake oversees a team of Project Managers/Estimators in the Little Rock office. The project team is responsible for compiling project pricing information, schedule, proposals, and presentations. Blake stays involved in all aspects of the project from the initial contact to the final stage of a completed project. This involvement creates consistency and quality within the construction process. Blake is the main liaison to the client for the duration of the project.
