The Alamo Drafthouse Washington DC location is a 4 level, 9 auditorium theater located in the heart of the nation's capital. The podium-style structure sits on a parking deck that spans 7 acres and has direct access to the theater. The project is over 55,500 sf and includes a full-size kitchen, bar and shell tenant spaces on the street level. The theater is anticipated to open in the Summer of 2021.

This project is a 43,000+sf dine-in theater consisting of a full kitchen, bar and 9 auditoriums. The building is located in the recently constructed Downtown Westminster Development. The exterior facade has a mid-century art deco theme with a grand marquee entrance. On the front lawn, there is a season outdoor screen available for movies over the summer.
Regal Cinema - Bender’s Landing
SPRING, TX
The Regal Cinemas at Benders Landing in Spring Texas is an entertainment venue showcasing the latest in technology, design, and finishes available worldwide in the industry today. This 150,000 sf multilevel attraction boasts 24 auditoriums, a game room, bar, and a full-service sit-down restaurant. Regal has brought together in one location all the latest in theater technology including an RPX auditorium, a ScreenX auditorium, and a 4DX auditorium. The 4DX auditorium is designed with vibrating and moving seats, and targeted blasts of warm air, cold air, mists of water, and scented air. All features are fully integrated with onscreen action to enhance the customer’s experience. 4 large retail buildings with a fountain and outdoor seating accompany the theater within the development. Set to open Spring of 2021.

This premium upscale family theater was welcomed as one of the main attractions for the area. The building covers 40,000 sf and has 11 intimate VIP auditoriums with spacious full reclining leather seats. Within the main lobby sits an open bar and dining area. This location welcomed its first guests during the Fall of 2019.
